Our team of degreed and factory trained field engineers will ensure successful project implementation and commissioning. After completion, we can help sustain your investment through follow-up activities such as retrofits and maintenance. LBN and its affiliates have been supplying related equipment to the pipeline, oil and gas production, and refining industry for over a decade. In addition, KS offers the ability to design and manufacture custom equipment for special application needs.
Electrical Resistance (ER) probes are the mainstay of most intrusive corrosion monitoring applications, providing on-line data about corrosion rates that may be used to check the efficacy of corrosion inhibition or detect changes in underlying process corrosivity.
Linear Polarisation Resistance (LPR) is a fast responding intrusive method for measuring changes in the corrosivity of aqueous solutions. In expert hands LPR is an extremely effective electrochemical tool but care must be taken to select appropriate applications as the presence of oil may prevent effective operation.
The comprehensive KS products range for these techniques includes compact, intrinsically safe transmitters and data loggers and a wide range of probes for high, medium and low pressure use.
KS provides a monitoring equipment service for projects and routine operations that may range from a single weight loss coupon to an integrated, multi-point system.
