The company was formed in 1994 and was registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The company Loving Brothers Nigeria Limited after the incorporation, sought for approval of her services from the Department of Petroleum Resources. LBN as a company commenced its operation immediately in 1994 to provide leasing and total logistics support services. The flexibility and various agency rights acquired by the company have made the company to spread its tentacles into other services in the oil and gas sector.
In 2005, the company extended its services to internal corrosion monitoring and Control; sales, supply valves and accessories; valve mounted instrumentation services through its agencies for oil exploration and gas industries, with the support from renowned product manufacturers around the world.
By way of introduction, through our agency rights we represent KOROSI SPECINDO (KS) of Indonesia a manufacturer of internal corrosion monitoring instruments and equipment; K. Control Ltd of United Kingdom, a manufacturer of valves and actuators.
Loving Brothers Nigeria Limited is an indigenous Oilfield production, facility and structures Engineering Supplier, Installation and Service Company in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, West Africa.
Over a decade, LBN has been providing services to the oil and gas industries on total logistics support. Presently, the LBN extension of services in Shell has qualified the company to render production facility maintenance services.

Our dedication to this mission provides the foundation for the continued growth and success of our customers. The Servicing Department was created on the 22nd June 1998 by the President/CEO and the management. A competent head of operations was appointed to monitor our day-to-day operations. Crew boats were purchased to empower our company’s operations in the islands and swampy areas to offer efficient and prompt services to our clients at a reduced cost. Our Company is a fast growing diversified company, which in the past has maintained its original focus of serving major oil exploration and production companies in Nigeria. Our company LOVING BROTHERS NIGERIAN LIMITED (LBN) is a limited Liability company. Our skilled staffs are trained to standard and help LBN effectively to offer Direct Deliveries, Base-to-Base Services, etc. all of which enhance performance to our clients. We are certified contractors to Shell Petroleum Development Company, and we can serve your organization. The Vendor Number with SPDC for your confirmation is 21359, by M.O Kalu, Head Contractor Registration Center, East as approved contractor on the 9th of February, 1999 in the following areas: - Supplies, Blasting/Painting and Production Facility Maintenance in the following categories:
- Drilling tools & retrievable production tools,
- Valves and accessories, Valves maintenance,
- Well head maintenance,
- Land facilities and structures.
And more so we are certified contractors to MOBIL PRODUCING NIGERIA UNLIMITED. The date of certification being 16th day of February 1998 by E.S.A. OBIENU. (Manager, Contract Administration) in the area of Maintenance Support Unit. LBN is also certified contractor to CHEVRON; and our certification is on 2nd day of June 1998 by LG HUTTO (Superintendent) Eastern Operations as approved contractor in the following areas: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Office/Safety Equipment and General Contractors. We were upgraded on the 19th of August 2003 in the following areas: Civil and Mechanical Works under the Maintenance Department, to mention but few. LBN had developed a working relationship with Agip on the 2nd of November 1998 by Mr. Giunni, Transport Superintendent, approved to do business with Agip Company in the affirmation areas: Supplies of Petroleum products. Currently, we are servicing Halliburton Energy Services Ltd and Wilbros Nigeria Ltd.
